1) Our double din car stereo with CD/DVD Player is the Standard size and comes with an extra frame adapter. which is compatible with most brands of car models. (Note: Car models with voltages above 16V are not supported. it can't support Diesel Vehicle)
2) If your dashboard size meets one of the three dimensions below. you can install our stereo directly.

* If the size of our double din car stereo does not match your dashboard. don't worry. you just need to modify your dashboard or purchase a suitable dash kit. most brand dash kits use 175×100mm(6.89×3.94inch) opening. (Metra. PAC. Scosche dash kits. etc.)
3) You may need 2 aftermarket accessories to complete your installation:
- Wire harness for your car model(Connects car wiring to stereo wiring).
- Antenna adapter for your car model.

1. Will this 7" double din car stereo fit my car?
This 2 din car stereo is US standard double din size and it is compatible with most car models. The Bluetooth car radio fits 3 sizes to be installed: 6.8×3.86inch. 7×4.05inch. and extra frame(7.5×4.6inch) to adjust. Please confirm your car dashboard opening size before purchasing.
If you find that our stereo size does not meet your dash size. you just need to modify your dashboard or purchase a suitable double-din dash kit for your car model. Some cars may need extra aftermarket accessories to complete the installation. (Wire harness and Antenna adapter for your car model)
2. Unable to boot?
If you encounter this kind of problem. please confirm that your car is 16V and below. And then please check your wiring. First. the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive pole of the battery. the black wire needs to be connected to the negative pole of the battery. and then the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car keyhole). so as to ensure Your product has a sufficient power supply. and the correct connection of each wiring can ensure the normal use of the product.
3. Car radio with Bluetooth function but it can't work
Check the phone to see if you can search for the unit code
Operation steps: 1) Turn on the unit. use the phone Bluetooth search. search for “Car-kit”. 2) then click the connection. after connecting. you can answer the phone or Bluetooth to play the song. PIN Code: 0000.
4. Can I adjust the screen brightness? it's too bright at night
You can follow the steps below to adjust the screen brightness: Setting-Display Setting(3rd option)-Brightness.
5. Can't use the memory function? Can't save the channel?
If this happens to you. please check that your wiring is correct. Yellow and red are reversed (you need to change their position). The red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car keyhole) the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive side of the battery and the black wire is connected to the negative side of the battery. These three wires must remain energized for extended periods of time. If the B+ line is not kept powered for a long time and the power is cut off. the memory will not be saved.
6. The screen locks and stays on the "connecting In" screen indefinitely.
There is no signal because you don't have a rearview camera installed. the rearview camera is not powered on. but you connected the pink wire. Therefore. there will be no signal. There are two solutions: The first is that you don't need to install the rearview camera and don't connect the pink wire. The second is that you need to install a rearview camera. be sure to connect the pink line.
